I was so excited to see that there is a place offering vegan options in this area! I've eaten here twice already (had both the veggie noodle bowl and the veggie rice bowl; sampling the veggie summer rolls each time) and absolutely love that there is a place so close that enables me to get a meal heaping with veggies. The fact that they also offer non-veggie choices makes this a place with some staying power (as this is a small town). My only wish is that they would make a vegan Pho. That staff is very pleasant and the food is tasty. This is a great addition to the area!
