• Best vegan chocolate brownie

Temporarily living in Huesca, I went to the Teteria El Bosque last saturday for the first time, albeit only for afternoon tea, so I can't comment on the food. But I wanted to say that the vegan chocolate brownie I was tempted to taste was absolutely out-of-this-world, very moist and not overly sweet. The same goes for the tea-selection (no tea-bags here: they're all the real thing with an incredible choice). A nice touch is that the tisanière comes with a mini sand-timer so you know how long to let your selected mixture brew. Service is extremely friendly and the ambiance very cosy. At present, they're only open Thurs. (6 pm-Midnight) Fr. Sat.Sun. (1 pm midnight), in view of the fact this part of Spain has still to wake up to veggie living. So I would encourage anyone who passes through Huesca to support this wonderful venture. The prices are very reasonable too.
