- Delicious beverages, decent sandwiches
When I went there, there was only one guy serving five people, which meant a bit of waiting (about 10 or 15 minutes), since all juices, shakes, and sandwiches are made from scratch upon ordering. I had a lemon/banana milk shake (non-vegan), which was absolutely delicious, and the veggie sandwich (home-made basil pesto, avocado, tomato, and fresh mozzarella cheese), which was very good, but not quite stellar. I don’t believe they had any vegan options for the sandwich (apart from leaving out the mozzarella and—depending on how it was made—pesto), but I didn’t ask. There were only three sandwiches on offer when I went: the veggie one, and two with fish (tuna and salmon). No dark meat seemed to make any appearance on the menu. The sandwich was ARS 60 (about USD 3.90), and the milkshake was, I think, ARS 55 (about USD 3.50), which seems par for the course for a juice bar in Buenos Aires. I tried a sip of another customer’s green juice, which was very good—silky smooth and with just enough fruity sweetness to take out the bitterness in the greens. Not the best juice/sandwich bar I’ve ever been to, but then you’re not exactly spoilt for choice in that department in Buenos Aires. Would definitely recommend for a quick(ish) and healthy snack/lunch/bite. Updated from previous review on 2016-03-04
