Pink tortillas! Four choices of taco fillings. I had the combo of two tacos and water-of-the-day (65 pesos). The two fillings I chose were Jamaican (pulled jackfruit) and potato curry. Today’s water was cucumber with lime and orange. Then I had the mamey ice cream topped with puffed amaranth (50 pesos). Mamey sapote is a fruit I hadn’t heard of, quite sweet apparently, so they don’t need much sugar when making their almond-milk-based ice cream. Mango, strawberry and another flavour were also available. They also make water kefir here. The other two taco fillings were mushroom and creamy cauliflower. Self-serve spicy toppings. Really tasty meal! Located behind Vegan Planet at Casa Quimera, corner of Orizaba and Guanajuanto.
