- Wrong and missing communication
We went there on a Sunday morning when the restaurant was supposed to be open. It was closed, so we took the cab and walked through the rain for nothing. When I wrote them I got the reply that the times on their website was correct and they did not know what the problem was. Via Google cache I made some screenshots proving that the times have been corrected just after my mail. And still some other times where incorrect. I asked for clarification. I wrote the manager 3 more mails and did not get a single response. Very disappointed in the missing customer service!
