• fantastic flavours- they know how to season!

So impressed with Formosa, so many places struggle to adequately season vegetarian and vegan dishes but these guys are fantastic! Casual dining with self ordering (huge plus as numbered items eliminate any lost in translation issues) and self service from the cutlery, crockery and tea station. Review below re: tea didn't apply when we visited, it was your standard delicious jasmine tea. Honey 'chicken' was amazing, so much better than any meat version I've had in terms of flavour, texture and batter. Sauce on satay 'beef' was delicious but not enough for the amount of 'meat'. Generally very impressed with food, though the prices aren't all that cheap and the decor is akin to a food court, the taste is really worth it.
