Stopped specifically in Birmingham on a long road trip to visit this restaurant and was not disappointed! Several vegetarian/vegan options to choose from. I went with the Hippie Gumbo, which was made with tofu, and was thoroughly satisfied. Highly recommend giving this place a shot!
