- Vegan Vietnamese Food
This restaurant is all vegetarian, with the food purportedly all vegan. However, yes, they do have dairy creamer for beverages, strangely enough. The restaurant is a new addition to Eden Center, and it has several tables for a comfortable sit-down meal. The menu is simple but still has a good variety. Important in colder months is the plethora of noodle soup options. For all year round, there are vermicelli dishes, as well as fried noodles, clear noodles and tofu stir fry dishes. The flavors taste similar for many dishes, even if it says lemongrass, it's not that strong. There is a lot of soy, both as tofu, fake meat and soy sauce. There is also a good amount of cilantro garnish, and plenty of veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, shanghai choy, celery and carrots. Appetizers are good, and my favorite choices are always the summer rolls. Best meal for me is salad (goi) with a light vinaigrette dressing that just enhances the fresh cabbage, summer rolls with peanut sauce and clear noodles with veggies. Done! Go and know you're all veg*n meal will be tasty and fresh.
