- vegan food with a view
My boyfriend and I traveled to Cusco and we're glad we found a few vegan restaurants. We wandered through San Blas and made our way to Viva. It was in a small alley on the hill, which offered great views of the city. We got a delicious potato-ceviche sushi type roll appetizer which was amazing. For the main dishes we ordered a lentil burger and a lomo saltado wrap which were both really great. They recently opened and I thought the food was great. The owner was also very nice. Prices were reasonable. Pizza only served in the evening.
