This pizza shop is amazing. The owner is friendly, willing to explain exactly what he uses/how he preps, the workspace is visible, restaurant is clean, the staff change gloves when switching between meat/veg options, and the pizza is fantastic! They even have three separate pizza knives- one each for meat, vegetarian, and vegan!
