  • Posh, hip expensive but good

Mildreds is about as central as you can get in London. The food is of a high standard but the menu hasn't changed much for years and the "specials" are often not vegan so I'm a bit out off going down and potentially spending a lot of money for a meal I've already had. The staff have always been friendly to me which is nice because some of the clientele can be rather sniffy! There's a fairly good chance of spotting a celebrity amidst the hipsters whilst you are queueing to get in. Booking a table in the evening is recommended as is getting your wealthy parents to pay if you are so lucky! The choc cake is great.
