Yes, there's the tables are close together but the place is cute and there's a pleasant, buzzy atmosphere. If there are no tables you can have a drink and wait in small bar area at front of the restaurant. Varied choice on menu, from classic comfort fayre such as the mixed mushroom, porcini and ale pie served with fries and mushy peas to lighter options such as tagines and asian stir fries. I opted for the aforementioned mushroom pie and chose well. The pie chips and peas were hearty and tasty. Lovely plum crumble with custard afterwards.I'd definitely return.
