- natural food served with little to no processeing
my favourites: stir fried kale, pumpkin toufu, ti-guo (ground melon) san-bao (3 precious), fried lotus root, fried yam roll, fish. For the fish, I don't know what is wrapped in the seaweed, but i love the sauce and the taste. Taste isn't too strong or too artificial.
