Naphat is one of my regular places to eat. A great range of value dishes is available and the buffet always seems fresh. This is the only Thai style buffet place in Chiang Mai that is open late and is not too spicey unless you ask for it. Friendly staff and good range of packaged vegan foods that they make. Probably the best green papaya salad in Chiang Mai !
