The overall service was the worst I have had for quite a long time in a restaurant in Hamburg. When we came in noone greeted us or told us that we had to order we they prepare the food in the front of the restaurant. Then we had to wait for an hour for our food and then the pizza didn't arrive as ordered as they were running out of ingredients. But they told me only that something was missing after I had asked... As the owners work in the kitchen and serve at the same time, there seems to be no coordination who is looking after which guests... Also the taste of our pizzas was disappointing as well as the cake they offered us as an excuse for the bad service. I think the owners do not have much experience in gastronomy, but promote it as a cool new place. Furthermore it does not have any competition in that area of the town.
