- Best indian food in Jyväskylä!
Shalimar serves simple but tasty indian style food, with many options for vegetarians and four options for us vegans. Prices aren't that bad, take-outs 10e and stay-ins 11-12,50e. Offers also free delivery for orders over 20e. Very nice staff, and vegan options clearly marked. Easy to visit if you come to Jyväskylä, situated inside the railway station, still not noisy or anything. I recommend their samosas, delicious but quite expensive. If you like spicy food, just ask them to make your meal extra hot (scale is 1-5, ask for 5 chiles if you want some real heat!) Overall, as nice as a place that serves meat can be.
