- Happy Crulture - Viva MEXICO!
It was a real experience to participate at the Mexican "happy crulture" diner last Friday at the restaurant Sol Semilla.The plates were nicely decorated and each ingredient matched perfectly to one other. The superfood ingredients and spices were very well chosen and composed. My palate was definitely spoiled! The host was lovely and the ambiance was very warm. I can't wait to discover more about raw food. Viva Mexico! Viva happy crulture!
