- Hidden Treasure!
We must have passed by this place hundreds of times on the Conde. It's next to and behind a shop where you make your own waffles. They apparently just opened in this location last week so there was only a small sandwich board indicating it was there. We were glad we found it just in time for our last lunch in Santo Domingo. Their menu is limited but the two dishes we had were perfection: a lentil salad and a chickpea salad. The lentils and chickpeas were the base of a wonderful mix of fresh vegetables and fresh spices. They also make fresh cold-pressed(!) juices and have noni juice available. Warm, friendly service. Updated from previous review on Monday November 09, 2015
