As a passionate vegan cook, i was happy to find a place where finally someone knows how to cook tempeh. The raw-cakes are one of the best i have ever tried, and they where even nice enough to explain me how to do it. The raw spagetthi where delicious too, Also try the homemade kombucha. The price is more then fair for the ingridients and quality of organic food they use. Any experienced and passionate cook will realize that. (organic pines, macademia etc...) Oh! And the best? Real (not cooked) fresh Coconuts for drinking! :-) We've been there 3 times, and also enjoyed to sit and talk with Alice & Chris. The owners and the staff are very friendly, and Chris has great stories to tell and knowledge to share.
