- Vegan friendly??
OK, I admit I haven't been there, but based on the description here, I just looked at their online menu (http://bartaco.com/media/bartaco-general-menu-10-2016.pdf). There isn't one item that is marked as vegetarian, much less vegan. Sure, I could just have guacamole and salsa, but when I see a restaurant listed as vegan friendly, I expect it to offer vegan entrees, not just vegan side dishes.
