• Great new vegan option in my neighborhood!

Went during their soft opening and had the Cracked Mayo burger without any add-ons and it was very good. A few things stood out in particular... So often burger buns are too big, bready and are essentially flavorless delivery mechanisms. The buns here were the right size and actually had great flavor and texture. The bun was also structurally reliable... It didn't fall apart while you were making your way through. The patty itself had great flavor and texture as well... crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The black pepper flavor was present but not overpowering. The patty was also visually appetizing. Overall the flavor of each bite was very good and I felt it had the right proportion of ingredients.... It wasn't too dry nor did it have too much mayo. The lettuce was crisp and seemed very fresh. The venue was pretty good sized and had a nice layout and design aesthetic. Welcome to the neighborhood VeganBurg!
