- Even being non-veg, the best option in the city
The non-veg way choosen by the restaurant causes polemics in the Saocarlensian vegetarian community, also because the restaurant is owned by an environmental defense entity. But even so Mamae Natureza is the best option for veg(etari)an food in the city. It is located some blocks from the campus of Sao Paulo University at Sao Carlos, if you are there for some scientific event, and close to the city centre too.
