My friends and I ate at the George and had a brilliant time. We arrived quite late and the staff and chef were very accomodating and friendly. We read in other reviews that they no longer had vegan options marked on the menu but were happy to see that this was not the case and there was planty of choice for everyone. A couple of us would have liked to have slightly bigger portions but apart from that, the food was really lovely and there was a great pub atmosphere.
