Several very good vegan options, including all-vegetable entrees and tofu entrees, including some vegan sushi rolls. The special vegetables noodle soup bowl is amazing, though they could use a good vegan Chinese lunch special. The management is really good about working with you, too, and can answer questions about whether or not dashi stock was used, etc. Their website often has coupons and things, too.
