Coffee Fellows provides a decent soy cappuccino and various vegetarian and vegan bagels, as well as cakes and cookies. Bagels are freshly prepared in front of the customer, only the sweet stuff is stored in the counter, which does not affect the product negatively. As a german company and unlike US based major brand coffee bars it is paying its taxes in Germany. The store itself is located next to a larger book- and newspaperstore and the whole concept situated in a calm section of the airport. Especially if you have to kill some time before your flight this might come in handy. IMHO this is the best place to go for vegan food due to moderate pricing, good taste and stable quality.
