  • Mediocre food for expansive price

Let me start by saying that any connection between Asian cuisine and the food served in this restaurant is purely coincidental. This restaurant is more like fusion tapas, which is great, but not Asian. This restaurant has a vegan and vegetarian menu, which is nice. I had the salad trio, the mushroom dumpling and a side of coconut rice. The food was mostly bland and not very flavorful. The salad trio came with a cucumber salad that was nice, but needed some salt, a carrot salad that was way too sweet to the point of being unpleasant, and a Napa cabbage salad that tasted like someone just used watered-down sriracha as dressing. The dumplings had a texture similar to eggroll more than dim sum and were again, bland. Even the chili sauce that accompanied them was bland. The coconut rice was really nice and enjoyable. The dishes here are tapas style, so they are appetizer size. This food was enough for one person (me), to get full, without any leftovers. For this I paid $15 which I feel is a high price for the quality and amount of food.
