- healthy smoothies for an healthy diet!
I recommend I've taken a smoothie (passion fruit, mango, coconut milk, banana...) a chia seed bowl (vegetable milk, fruit sausage with blueberry and acai) and I've eaten a bit of oat bowl. All were tasty, fresh and fruity. It's possible to be full with a smoothie (the chia bowl when you're really hungry) and to have a meal without taking a salad. It's cool when you don't have so much time for meal, you take away and pay in minutes. There's sandwiches and "healthy fruity shot" too. It's a kind of a super healthy "fast food" but it's cool to be at the table too.
