Several Vegan options are available both on the entree and the main menu, however be sure to let the staff know you are Vegan so they only use Vegan seasonings on your meals. The meals are quite subtle in flavourings (a touch under for our taste), but quite pleasant and filling. On our first visit we chose the Vegetarian Special Rice and the Vegetarian Special Noodle Soup along with the Gyoza entree (probably the highlight of the meal), Miso soup and edamame. On the next visit, we were most impressed with the Miso Nasu (eggplant). Items on the menu that can be made Vegan or are by default Vegan include: Spring rolls Miso Soup Edamame Gyoza Miso tofu/ miso Nasu Vege fried rice/ Vege fried noodle Vege special rice/ Vege special noodle soup The staff have been exceptionally helpful in outlining the options both at the cafe and via facebook.
