Blossom has bumped Counter down to #2 and become my #1 favorite vegan restaurant in NYC. This place rivals Millennium in San Francisco in terms of quality of food and presentation. Yes, it's going to be a little pricey, and you may have to wait on a Friday/Saturday night - but I assure you that it's absolutely worth it.
