• Fresh vegan food for lunch

This is the first fully vegan eatery in Toulouse, and it's great to have it! At the exit of the Capitole subway station which is at the very center of Toulouse, you can now find fresh vegetables to buy in a sandwich or in a bowl. Vegetables are very fresh and good, cooked in skillet. The man sometimes has tofu steaks and vegan pâtés to put in your sandwiches. However, vegan meat and cheese are not used. I've tried the place several times by taking sandwiches and bowls. All was good and tasty but I think sandwiches can be improved by incorporating vegan cheese, mayo, mustard, etc. and sometimes by putting more food in the corners of the bread (but it's improving!). Portions are not huge but prices are low so you can take two sandwiches for a reasonable price. The owner announced to prepare for offering burgers! I'm waiting them eagerly!
