  • soooo good!!!!

I've had some mixed results getting vegan food in Paris, but this place really impressed me. This week they have a guest chef- Julie Bavant. The menú was small- three apps, three entrees and three desserts. I had two starters - avocado toast and sweet potato soup with cacao nibs- Simple and excellent! The entree was a celery root salad, which was ok, but because it's raw and it's cold in Paris it left something to be desired. The chocolate ganache with caramelized pumpkin was mind blowing.
