- Tasty vegan food
Greens and Grains is a small shop in Ventnor offering smoothies, sandwiches, and salads. Everything is vegan, healthy, and fresh. My husband and I had the hummus wrap sandwich and it was filling and tasty. The place had a line the whole time we were there, though it moved quickly. The only downside - seating is limited. Food is pretty much served to go, and there were only 8 bar stools along side counters. There were 2 small tables outside, but there were no umbrellas or awnings, and in the summer sun it's too hot to sit outdoors, so don't plan to dine in - take out.
