- Great concept, room for improvement
I liked this place, but it was a bit too good to be true. The burger I had was decent, but a bit formless and mushy. The tofu scramble was tasty and I'd have it again, but it was missing a little oomph... basically just silky white tofu that wasn't nicely browned or creatively prepared. I guess my experience is similar to others who found it decent but still lacking something. I still think it's a great place and will go back to try more, but I think a bit of creative direction in the kitchen could lead to some more impressive plates and a killer brand. They've really just opened so it may take some time to get things right.
