This is a new establishment, and they are definitely booming! Right now the only gluten free options are the macaroons. Yes, the selection is small, but do remember they have a small staff and have only been open a handful of weeks. That matched with the large demand has probably made it a little rough to make new items as well. The price is a little high, however, keep in mind that this is A. a small, local, family owned business- B. gmo free and 98% organic- and C. full of time intensive products! (the croissants take 4 days to set) Jess works very hard to offer the best product she can, at fair prices. She also tries to source as much as possibly locally, which i admire. and the taste! oh! i havent had anything i didnt like. She has a true talent, and her years in school can show. The baristas are all well trained, and they offer blue coppers roasts which are some of the best in salt lake. I am a huge fan of this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone!
