- Good fries, but that's about it
This truck is located close to my office, so I used to go there often because it's convenient. Not anymore though. For the fifth time in a row, they ran out of the vegan version of their BBQ Seitan. They only tell you this after you've been waiting for at least 10 minutes, and the fries you ordered already went cold. If you're vegan, be aware that their philosophy is not about trying to be animal-friendly. The "vegetarian" label is only to make customers think it's a healthier option. This is obvious from little things like using mayonaise instead of veganaise, and not labeling which items are vegan. You have to ask for it, and their answers are often wrong (or they take your order but don't actually have the vegan version).
