- Amazing new vegetarian restaurant
We literally stumbled on this restaurant today when walking along Nguyen Du. We went back tonight for dinner and we were very impressed. Our friendly server, Lan, suggested a few dishes for us and we were so happy she did. We had rolled Cuon which are a soft noodle vegetable roll, absolutely delicious, fresh mango salad, a little spicy like a papaya salad and a very simple rice dish served with spring onions. We drank fresh pineapple juice, Heineken beer and were treated with bottomless fresh ice tea. A really delicious meal, all at a very reasonable price. Dinner for 2 tonight was 250000 dong, or $US12 Lan had limited English, so I can't confirm if this was vegan or not, but she kept saying that everything was just made from vegetables..
