• A pub food treat for vegans

I recently tried the new vegan menu at the Buckingham. I was very excited to test out their new vegan pub food, as the crew at Sailin' On is responsible for the menu. We ordered the chili fries, corn dogs and deep-fried pickles so that we could try a bit of everything. The corn dogs were really yummy, you get a large deep-fried veggie dog on a stick and some fries for $6, it's probably the best deal on the menu. The chili fries were great, they were topped with not only chili but also vegan sour cream. The deep-fried pickles were a little disappointing however, the breading did not adhere well to the pickles, and the pickles themselves were overly chewy and hard to bite through. I would like to go back again and try more of the menu items. Updated from previous review on Monday September 14, 2015
