Holland and Barrett is a massive UK wide chain with over 500 branches so it isn't exactly helping out the little guy. Also they sell fish oil products and whey products so it isn't 100% vego. The benefits though is that they are usually at or near the middle of the High St in every town and they usually have a decent choice of produce. This branch doesn't much in the way to ready to walk away products. There's energy bars and snacks like nuts and fruits but the fridge section is limited and doesn't have any of the savoury products that other branches have such as pasties.
