  • Good concept at the beginning but...

Good concept at the beginning but bland cooking at the arrival. Vegetarian crêpe with nice and humble décor. Warm reception. The menu offers 2 vegan salted galettes but we can also compose it with the list of ingredients. There are vegan ham or tofu but no vegan cheese. That’s a pity for a Breton galette. We suggested to the manager to add vegan cheese in the menu and the proposal was welcomed. The galette (9.30€) is served opened, as a pizza, so the ingredients cool down quickly. The pastry and vegetables are flavourless. The main is insipid. The sweet crepe pastry is vegetarian. For a vegan sweet crepe, you have to order it at the beginning of the meal, in order to the cookers have time to prepare the crepe pastry. For those who like, you can order a sweet vegan crepe served with the buckwheat pastry (salted). It’s a “sweet galette”. The choice of sweet crepes is correct. The sweet crepe (6.80€) is served opened too. I folded the galette's rim by myself, just as we do in the Finistère. On the crêperie website, we find menu, dishes and prices. Soft drink, alcohol, wine, apple cider and Plancoët Breton water.
