Separate vegan menu right alongside the vegetarian and carnist menus. I like that all three are showcased. We had two massive burritos...now I feel like a burrito. They have soy chorizo, soy curls, tofu, and grilled pepper options. It was pretty tasty although I have a few recommendations. I wish they had organic salads, because taco salads are so glorious and pair well with a beast burrito. Additionally, what takes off a star besides having animal products, is that they have conventional shi*ty soda like Pepsi. Fresh fruit juices mixed with soda water please... maybe some tequila bonuses? ;) I get that it's a fast typical Mexican joint, but I can dream or organic options with vegetable heavy bases. Regardless, it satisfied my desire for some Mexican grub. Service was great too, the staff was kind and with great positive energy.
