- vegan delight!
I came here on a recommendation and glad I made the 30min walk from the Cathedral. The walk itself is nice, passing some canals and bustling eateries. Universo vegan serves up tasty fast food style cruelty free food. I had the vegan burger option, with Violife vegan cheese and egg free mayo: it was lovely! The woman serving was also very nice, a really welcoming and friendly Italian woman who was helpful when I asked where I could find Vegan Olive Oil based Ice Cream (it exists!). Highly recommend this place for any vegans wishing to indulge in a fast food like healthy meal
