• Excellent choice, friendly staff

The choice in this shop is rather excellent - you can find pretty much everything you'd expect to find in a Swiss bio-shop, including many kinds of tofu and seitan. One can find a lot of interesting vegan substitutes for non-vegan products: mozzarella, mayo, whipped cream, sour cream, shredded cheese, butter, and many others. Though I was a little disappointed that they don't have tempeh. All vegan products are labelled with a green line on the price tag. Once I discovered that, shopping became very fast and convenient. Their opening hours are (for Switzerland) surprisingly extensive - they are even open on Sunday (again, this is a big deal in Switzerland). This is perfect for those spontaneous Sunday cooking sessions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and can recommend products.
