- Vegan Vietnamese in Chincoteague
Saigon Village is a wonderful oasis in Chincoteague. Saigon Village is conveniently located on Main Street. We walked from our hotel. I don't think they have a parking lot, but there is some street parking. The restaurant is in a cute, white, octagonal building with a little courtyard in front. There are about eight tables inside. They filled up pretty quickly on a pre-season weekend, so consider calling ahead. They also do carry out. I ordered the tofu in spicy curry with broccoli, snap peas, and carrots. The curry was mildly spicy. The spices tasted like they came from a jar, but it was still tasty. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. The tofu was deep fried. It came with a side of rice. My omni husband was happy with his food as well.
