• Vegan Pizza!!

Firstly, I had never been to this part of Halifax before and realized what I have been missing out because it's just about the cutest spot there is. The buildings take on a European charm with dim lighting and character galore. Inside Salvatore's is much the same. This is the first pizza place I have been in in Nova Scotia that feels truly Italian. The service was quick and friendly. The offer vegan ricotta and have a huge selection of veggies for toppings. You get huge pizzas for fantastic prices and they are simply delicious too. The service, food, atmosphere and experience were all exceptional. I will definitely be back for more. My only suggestion would be, they have a vegetarian sausage on the menu which it would be awesome if they made vegan by omitting the Parmesan (parmesan traditionally isn't even really vegan as it uses real calf rennet).
