- Totally vegetarian freshly made sandwiches
This stall made our trip to Nha Trang perfect! It is totally vegetarian - she has some cheese and margarine on the stall but by default the sandwiches are vegan. They include 3 types of seitan, salad, chilli, hoisin and vietnamese herbs and cost the equivalent of 30p. You must check this out! (It won't let me give it 5 stars because it thinks it's not vegetarian, but it is).
