I used to go to this simple but very good place for vegan food, run by young guys.This year visiting again Miami Beach I discover that Plant Theory has moved inside an Hotel in Miami Beach , there are just few tables outside and nothing more of the interesting shop,space and menu I used to enjoy. What remains are few burgers served on a carton with a choice of a little salad or chips. The experience was disappointing: the table where I seat was not clean I had to ask the waiter to clean it and she did it but in a sloppy way, making me doubt about the way the kitchen is run. The burger sandwich itself was good but half the size it was. Overall a disappointing experience I do not want to do again. Updated from previous review on 2016-03-27
