We went to this place at around 9 - Happy Cow said it would be open but the staff told us to come back at 11. But then I had the best time! Not being a native speaker, I wasn't sure of things on the menu, but one of the staff sat down with us and went through all the menu items, giving recommendations and explaining what was in each dish. He was very patient and kind. I've never felt so valued and welcomed in any restaurant before - and the food is delicious!
