I found this restaurant while visiting Asheville and I am so glad I did. Bean Cuisine is the first all vegan restaurant I've ever been to and it was so refreshing being able to order anything I wanted without worrying about what was really in it. :D I ordered the Tofu finger platter which came with two sides, so I chose the mac & cheese and the mashed potatoes & gravy and for dessert I tried the Kitty Kat Cake. It was all incredible and I cant wait to visit again and try something different.
