Excellent vegan restaurant in the centre of Perugia.Chef Teresa opened this restaurant following her strong ethical beliefs. She offers a tasty seasonal menù. I particularly enjoyed Ravioli with seasonal vegetables and almond cream, Vegetable balls with creamy tomato sauce.The choice of desserts is remarkable. I really loved the fantastic chocolate cake which I higly reccomend. Moreover the restaurant is placed very close to the Morlacchi Theatre.Perfect for a good vegan meal before the show!!!
