One of my favourite bars in Brussels! There aren't many places in the city center where to have a nice afterwork artisanal beer and vegan tapas. Besides, I love the unpretentious and genuine vibe, with cool music and great people. For those ambitionning to dine at Toukoul, have a starter there.
